Requirements for Program:
At least about 500 cases of cataract surgery experience or an ophthalmologist who can manage simple cases by themselves
Number of participants:
Maximum 2 simultaneously
Participation fee:
Around $500 per month (slightly variable) What's included: residence fee, registration fee of doctorʼs license, application
fee for the medical council
Training:
Performing cataract surgeries under the supervisors of Kedia Eye Hospital
Cases:
The number of surgeries you perform will be determined by the Nepali supervisor based on the skill level of the participants.
