豊富な症例を持つケディア・アイ・ホスピタルで、指導医のもと実際に執刀経験を積みます。

ネパール人医師と日本人医師の交流促進

現地の医師と共に働くことで、両国の医師のより良い交流と信頼関係を築きます。

研修内容
ケディア・アイ・ホスピタルの指導医のもとで白内障手術を実施します
症例数
手術件数は参加者の技術レベルに応じて、ネパール側の指導医が決定します
参加条件
白内障手術の経験が少なくとも約500件あること、もしくは簡単な症例を自分で管理できる眼科医であること
参加費
月額約1,000ドル(多少変動あり)
含まれるもの:住居費、医師免許登録料、医療評議会申請料

About Training

A cataract surgery training program for Japanese ophthalmologists at Kedia Eye Hospital, Nepal.

Purpose

Purpose of the Program

1

Improve the cataract surgical skills of Japanese doctors

Gain hands-on surgical experience under experienced supervisors at a high-volume hospital.

2

Boost interaction between Nepali and Japanese doctors

Working side by side with local doctors builds better exchange and trust between the two countries.

Kedia Eye Hospital, Nepal
Participants
Maximum 2 at the same time
Training
Performing cataract surgeries under the supervisors of Kedia Eye Hospital
Cases
The number of surgeries is decided by the Nepali supervisor based on each participant’s skill level
Requirements
At least about 500 cases of cataract surgery experience, or an ophthalmologist who can manage simple cases by themselves
Participation fee
About US$1,000 per month (may vary slightly)
Includes: residence fee, doctor’s license registration fee, medical council application fee

This is the hospital our president first visited in 2006, the visit that inspired him to pursue cataract surgery. 17 years later, we are launching our training program for Japanese ophthalmologists here.
